I became aware of Nowhere Bakery probably a year or so before they appeared on Shark Tank. It took me maybe 6 months of seeing drool-worthy photos on Instagram before I purchased my first sampler.
There are many things I buy that don’t make it to the reviews section on this website, not even worth a mention. But Nowhere Bakery deserves a gold star!
I imagine their name originated from a conversation starting with “Where can you get sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan cookies that taste good?” And the answer (before) was “nowhere“.
No seed oils.
FODMAP friendly.
Paleo friendly.
Plant based.
Free of gluten.
No refined sugar.
And somehow delicious.
Nowhere Bakery has special releases every once in a while that are collaborations on limited flavors. From their staple flavors, their most popular are chocolate chip cookies, candy bar cookies, brownies and blondies.
My personal favorites are the double chocolate cookies (which seem to be on hiatus right now) and the regular chocolate chip cookies.
The only downside is that these products (as with most healthier, clean ingredient products) are on the pricier side. But personally, I think they are worth the splurge.
The good news is they can last a month in the fridge and up to 6 months in the freezer. So it doesn’t hurt to stock up!
