The easiest little heart shaped chocolate pomegranate candy bites, with three options for mixing up the flavors. Vegan friendly, gluten free, delicious and perfect for your Valentine.
In a small bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until melted.
In a second small bowl, melt peanut butter (roughly 30 seconds in microwave), stir.
In a heart-shaped candy mold or ice cube mold, pour in melted chocolate, leaving extra room in some of them. Add in melted peanut butter to the shapes with extra room. Top with pomegranate seeds as desired.
Place in fridge or freezer until hardened, at least 10 minutes. Enjoy! Keep leftovers in fridge.
