Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain pecan pieces
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet or dish with parchment paper.
  2. Either on the parchment paper or in a small bowl, combine pecan pieces and honey and stir until pecans are evenly coated.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, keeping an eye on them so they don't burn.
  4. Let cool for 10 minutes and then they are ready to eat!

Recipe Notes

Can increase recipe as needed - rough proportions are 1 tablespoon honey for each 1 cup pecan pieces. If using whole pecans, you may need to adjust amount of honey and/or baking time. If your oven tends to burn, decrease oven temperature to 300°F.
