Puff Pastry Plum Galette - a deliciously simple dessert that takes only minutes to throw together.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 3-4 plums thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • sugar (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place sliced plums in center of puff pastry, leaving about 2 inches of dough all around.
  • Top with honey, cinnamon and sugar.
  • Roll up edges of dough over fruit.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned.
  • Top with additional sugar if needed.
