- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 3-4 plums thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- sugar (to taste)
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place sliced plums in center of puff pastry, leaving about 2 inches of dough all around.
Top with honey, cinnamon and sugar.
Roll up edges of dough over fruit.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned.
Top with additional sugar if needed.
